This site is operated by Yes Right Pty Ltd (ABN 91 664 546 061). Central Coast Tree Services is a referral service: we pass your enquiry to an independent local business that does this work, and that business may pay Yes Right a referral fee.

What we collect

When you send the quote form we receive the name, phone number, email address, suburb and message you enter. When you call the number on this site and leave a voicemail, we receive the recording, a transcript of it and the number you called from.

How we use it

We use your details to pass your enquiry to one independent local business that can quote the job, and to follow up if that business cannot help. That business contacts you directly and is responsible for its own handling of your details from then on. We do not sell your details and do not add them to any marketing list.

Who else handles it

The site and its forms run on services we use to deliver your enquiry: web servers in Germany, Finland and Australia, form processing in Sydney, and phone and voicemail services. A spam check from Cloudflare runs on the quote form. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits; it does not receive your form details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to two years so we can answer questions about a referral, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Reply to any message from us, or send the request through the quote form. We action requests within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
